No major issues to report, all was satisfactory.

This place is exceptional set as it is in the heart of the countryside yet within half an hour of Seville. First class setting, rooms and staff. Give it a go as we did and you'll end up booking extra nights - as we did!

The Hotel was stunningly beautiful. It is an authentic Cortijo which gives the traveller an insight into what a traditional working farm looked like in times past when agriculture was the main stay of employment.The Cortijo is set among beautiful gardens with a lovely swimming pool hidden behind palm trees where you can sit out all day in the beautiful heat if you wish. When we arrived we asked if we could have some refreshment out in the garden as we had been driving for 3 hours and the hotel was not that close to a village. The very nice young receptionist organised a cold bottle of white wine and some nibbles which was brought out to the garden to us with no trouble.We explored the farm and saw the extensive cattle and horse breeding.They grew their own fruit trees also.Dinner was excellent as was breakfast the following morning.Our bedroom looked out over the front of the hotel and was a large comfortable room with a lovely bathroom. The only noise you could hear were the birds singing happily among the trees. We will definitly return to this hotel and bring some friends if we can.

This hotel is not for guests looking for lots of entertainment on site.There were not many other guests staying when we were there although there had been a conference in the hotel during the day that we arrived. You are left to your own devices although the hotel can organize many activities for you if you wish. There is a small village a couple of miles called `Guillena` however we didnt go in to the village to see what it had to offer as we were very happy where we were.

We loved staying in this beautiful and historic mansion. The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The garden was lovely, but it was a shame there were no cushions on the chairs.

The place itself. It's wonderful to have the opportunity of enjoying such a quiet place in a great and typical property as a Cortijo is in Andalucia. Everything was like you imagine it used to be: the huge house, plenty of rooms and patios, anf all furnished as it was in the old times (old furniture, old books, torero portraits), the horses, the small plaza de toros. You can feel like a terrateniente, like the Senor del Cortijo.

The breakfast is not included in the price. The wifi is not working really well. The indication to reach there is in the wors place possible.

Nice location close to the highway. Very quite. Nice room with large bathroom. The ancient hacienda is very nice decorated and the rooms are surrounding the patio'S. The park is nice for walking. If you like bullfighting this hotel is decorated with pictures off matador,bull- pictures even bullheads hanging at the walls.

Breakfast start only at 08.30 and diner at 20.30. Nothing to see on the tv no sat-TV.the swimming-pool is basic. No mini-bar or air-co. If you do not like bullfighting, this not your hotel.

Staying in this old-fashioned hotel in the countryside is like stepping back in time. the location is peaceful, perfect for those who want to escape from the city. the hotel boasts a classic style room and a beautiful garden area.

The lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel give a musty and damp smell to the room.

Superb hotel in a great location for visiting Seville and the surrounding area. Good for the independent traveller and those with a sense of adventure who want to delve into Spanish rural life. The hotel grounds are lush and the pool delightful. Dinner is fantastic, the farms own beef is gorgeous and very reasonably priced.

There were times when getting drinks etc was difficult as the staff were not always around and there was no bar - drinks when ordered were brought out of the kitchen by the waitress/waiter.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Quiet Getaway, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Nestled in lush surroundings, makes for a picturesque spot for a relaxing break.

The lack of amenities on, site was disappointing. There was no bar to grab a drink, and getting a meal required advance notice.

Spent Xmas at this countryside hotel, and I have to say, it was an absolute treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the traditional style of the hotel was really refreshing. The food was simply delicious, with locally sourced ingredients and dishes that reflected the area's traditions. The location was spot-on; near enough to the city for a day trip, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. And the best part? The picturesque views of the countryside from our room!

The limited entertainment options. Although the surroundings were beautiful, there was little to do beyond hiking around the local area.

Authentic, friendly staff, fantastic building, stately home, good breakfast.
